Our Commitment
The Latino Professionals in Aerospace (LPA) is committed to our community by providing opportunities in aviation. LPA has established key partnerships with both aviation and non-aviation related organizations and companies that allow us to make scholarships available to a diverse group of recipients. These scholarships help recipients further their careers in aviation related fields.
Our Scholarship Application window is now OPEN!
General Eligibility Requirements*: To be eligible for a scholarship, you must have an active LPA membership.
Applicants must be at least 17 years of age or 18 years of age for the United Aviate Academy Scholarship.
Training must be conducted at an accredited institution within the United States or its territories.
Students must be enrolled or accepted into their chosen training institution within six months of being awarded their scholarship, if selected. For flight training, students must be enrolled in a Part 61 or Part 141 flight school.
